Samsung t528g Review

June 1, 2011

If you’ve come here looking for a review on the Samsung t528g, you’re not going to get one. In truth finding an actual review on this model is difficult mainly because the phone hasn’t even hit the market yet. As a matter of fact you won’t find an “actual” review anywhere else – but that doesn’t mean you leave this page empty handed.

Coz I’ve got the next best thing, which is a “preview” of the Samsung t528g. So to get things started, let’s take a closer peek at its physical appearance. First off, it’s a touch-screen type of phone (very popular feature nowadays). The measurements and weight are as follows: 4.0 x 2.0 x 0.5 inches all around and 3.24 ounces, respectively.

With that said, the next thing you should know is that the Samsung t528g will be made available through the prepaid company Straight Talk. Additionally, this model operates on the GSM dual-band network.

This cell phone also comes with Bluetooth – though not much has been said about what exactly it’s capable of, but I strongly feel that it’d be able to do more than just connect to a wireless headset (hopefully data exchange).

What sets the Samsung t528g apart from other phones on its “level” is that it comes with WLAN wifi – this function alone makes will make it highly desirable once it hits the shelves. Even if it does come with the mentioned handy feature, it still comes with a mobile web browser, just in case you aren’t in a wifi hotspot.

More goodies include an mp3 player and a 2.0 megapixel camera. The remainder of the functions are pretty much normal, like the phonebook with a 2000 entry capacity, voice commands plus a voice recorder.

I wish I could have given you a better review, but with such limited facts, I could only do so much. Just make sure to come back though, coz as soon as some new info leaks, I’ll be on it right away. Just tune in to my pbush2x’s blog to get updates.
